Our house is typically french just off the main street in Olonzac. It has a large open plan sitting area with tv, satellite, cd and dvd player, lots of games, and furnished in traditional french with a dining area with large table and chairs, and small kitchen, but who wants to do much cooking anyway on holiday, but if you do there is everything there for cooking and a dishwasher to clean up. There is a microwave and washing machine. Leading out of the dining area is a conservatory with toilet and washing machine. From here you go into a smallish shingle garden, with bbq, table and chairs and sun loungers, it is plenty big enough to all lay out and relax with your wine. On the first floor is a large double bedroom and fitted wardrobes also a large bedroom with 2 single beds and walk in wardrobe. Also a bathroom with shower head and separate toilet. On the first floor is a big double bedroom with wardrobes and a seperate room with bath, shower. | |||||||||||||||||||

| Olonzac is a large village with all amenities, there are shops, a large supermarket and plenty of restaurants. It is very friendly and on Tuesday there is a market which sells everything you can think of from clothes to chicken on spits, fruit and veg etc. It has such a great ambience. The lake for water sports or just relaxing is such 5 min. drive and Homps with the canal du midi for boat trips and good restaurants is only 5 min drive. One direction is the coast about 40 min drive and the other are the mountains, even a trip to Spain takes under 2 hours. Olonzac is so central for pleasing every type of holiday, and of course don't forget the wine which is in abundance. | |||||||||||||||||||
