* Another ideal fishing spot is at Faymoreau just 10 minutes away. This is a quiet location to enjoy with the odd fisherman, ducks & frogs for company! There is a recommended restaurant in the village Le Hotel des Mines.

The rental fee includes central heating, water & electricity.
Therefore no utility bills to pay! !
Availability: The property is available Oct 2008.
Heating : the property has central heating which is included in the rental fee. There is also a super wood burner in the living room, logs can be supplied & are paid for by the occupants.
TV aerials have been connected for French & English TV. The new occupants are more than welcome to bring their Digi box & have it connected in order to view Eastenders, Big Brother etc!
Electricity is supplied & paid for, upto an estimated average usage. Any additional appliances that may result in high electric consumption such as: tumbles dries, electric heaters, air conditioning units, electric ovens etc will be paid for by the occupants. We would obviously prefer the occupants to refrain from using such items.
Water is supplied & paid for.
Telephone & broadband available. Paid for by occupants.
Rent is requested to be paid in advance, every quarter (3 months). Along with a deposit of one month (this deposit in full will be returned to the tenant upon their departure, pending all bills & rent are up to date & no damage caused to the property, furnishing etc, normal wear and tear taking into consideration obviously).
Monthly rent throughout the year is 795 ¤uros per month all inclusive (as stated). Minimum rental period is 6 months.
