Beautiful renovated farmhouse in La Fayolle near Sorges, in a very peaceful area. This is a large 400m2 property with many parts. You enter through a small open terrace, next to a large garage space. Through the front door, there are a few stone steps.

On the right is the lounge and stairs leading straight to the floor above. On the left, the living/dining room is about 60 m2 where you can find a wood burning fireplace. There are two rooms, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a kitchen-diner. Below the gîte, double wooden doors make up the entrance to a big barn, which contains a pantry and lots of space. The whole barn is supplied with electricity and is currently being used as a storage space for bikes and pool equipment. Walking through the barn takes you to a small workshop and boiler room, which lead back to the terraced entrance garage space.

Next to the gîte, there is a medium sized barn which is currently left unused, but with a little amount of work could be used as storage, or an extra room.

There is a beautiful field on level, with an appealing 10x5m pool. In the field there is another barn, which currently holds the store of wood, as well as containing the pool maintenance control, such as the pools pumps and underwater lighting. It is surrounded by a scenic setting; a small terrace of vineyards can be viewed. There are many fruit trees including walnut, cherry, apple and pear, which bear lots of fruit in the fruiting seasons.
